The EU is Wrong

I disagree with the people who want to lend money to Greece.The author of this article said, ”The agenda for the summit deals with the possibility of a second financial bailout.” I know I am young, but I don’t agree with the second financial bailout. I think that the EU shouldn’t help Greece because if you help them, they might borrow money and might not pay it back. Then the problem would never go away. In their emergency meeting on Thursday I think that the EU should make up new rules about borrowing money.

On Thursday there was an emergency meeting for the members of EU and they talked about Greece’s financial crisis and how to fix it. On Wednesday Germany and France had an emergency meeting where they talked about what they should do about Greece‘s financial crisis. France and Germany were hoping Greece would pay back the money that Greece borrowed from EU instead of defaulting.

Last year, the EU gave Greece a bailout (via the IMF). Greece borrowed money, but never payed it back to the EU or the IMF. Greece asked for another bailout for this year. It looks like Greece doesn’t know how to organize their money.

Since Greece couldn’t pay back the money, EU shouldn’t give more money to Greece. EU should let Greece stay in as a member of EU, but I think that EU should make up rules about letting people borrow money. These new rules should protect the non debt-ridden countries from the debt-ridden countries.The EU should make up some rules like once you borrow money you can’t borrow more money until you have finished paying back the money you borrowed.

As you can see, I strongly disagree with the people that are trying to help Greece pay back the money. Greece never did pay back any money to EU, and if EU did lend more money to Greece then the situation might never change. My solution is to let Greece stay in EU, but Greece do need to pay back all the money before borrowing any again. I would make up a rule about once you borrow money you can’t borrow money until you have finished paying back the money you borrowed.

· The three of them who drank from the pond had slayer powers and killed three vampires

· They accidently opened the hatch

· Run and are chased by zombies

· They go on a mountain and killed zombies

· At night they go back beach and make hut and camouflage it with leaves

· Using cedar trees to built the hut by cutting them down

· After putting cedar wood on they put big leaves on top to look like the rocks

· Hunts for food carefully using guns and knives and a pot to cook

4. Scene 4

· Live in the hut for two days

· Figures out what is happening

· They met the zombie king who tries to kill them

· The zombies make an alliance with the vampires

· They fell into a dungeon in the zombie palace

· They met an werewolf

· They trusted the werewolf to help them escape the island and the dungeon

· The werewolf helps them escape

· They built a raft to go home

· The werewolf dies

· They were really sad

· The island sinks

· They figured that the werewolf is the main source of the island

What advice would I give to youth who choose to light up?

My advice to youths about smoking is not to take it when your friends are threatening you. The other reason for not smoking is because you can end up dying or kill people around you by making them smell the smoke that you made. You may end up having lung cancer. Did you know that there are 4000 chemicals in cigarettes and did you know that there is 37000 Canadians die each year form smoking? Did you also know that there are 1.6 billion teenagers smoke every year?

If friends are peer pressuring you to smoke do not try it you will die. If you start to smoke you may eventually get addicted to it and it will be hard to stop smoking. If you see a cigarette package you will see warnings like if you smoke you will die and you will have lung cancer. Some cigarette packages show damaged lungs, mouth and heart. If you smoke you could be one of the 37000 Canadians that died. Friends and family would be disappointed at you and be sad because you die each year. Did you also know the money that you paid goes to the government?

Play dough recipe

Preface
I chose this recipe for my friend, Jen, who had never made play dough. She wanted to do it with her daughter at home. This one is a bit simpler than other recipes.

Ingredients
1 cup salt
2 cups flour
4 tablespoons cream of tartar
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 cups water
food coloring

Instructions
Step 1. Take a saucepan and mix all the ingredients in it.
Step 2. Now heat the mixture with medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes. While heating, constantly stir the content until it becomes stiff.

Tip
If they are stored in the refrigerator, then the play dough will last for weeks or even months!

Camp Jubilee

Last week, our principal took the Grade 6s and 7s to Camp Jubilee. On the third day, at about 3:30 in the morning, someone woke me up and told me they saw two coasters -- these creatures are smaller then raccoons, stronger and smarter than a wolverine -- and a skunk beside our cabin. Apparently, a couple of girls in my cabin stayed up all night, and they sneaked out when they got the “snack attack”to get food. As they ran back, they woke everybody up and got on the second bunk. Suddenly, we saw the skunk blasting gas at the raccoons. We heard a really loud noise that sounded like burping and then the door suddenly opened and it was our principal that got blasted by the skunk.
